We’re still open doing what we do but we recognise how much life has changed over the past year and shopping habits are part of that change. We want our customers to be able to take full advantage of shopping sustainably whatever is happening out in the world.
The great work that has been done to raise the profile of sustainability, shopping responsibly and caring for our planet has, understandably, been overshadowed in recent months but we want to be able to offer every opportunity for you to shop in the way you’d like.
Whilst there is nothing better than the feeling of browsing our new products, smelling the aroma of our coffee beans and hearing the grind of our nut butter machines we are now proud to offer another great option for shopping with us. All the same great products, at the click of a button, from the comfort of your own home. Try our Click and Collect service and pick up all of your favourite goodies from any of our stores whilst out on your daily walk!
How it works
You can select the products you would like from the sections in our shop. We have put in set amounts that you can choose from depending on the product 25g, 100g, 500g etc
If you would like other amounts you can choose multiples of these quanities. Eg if you would like 300g then choose 100g 3 times.
All of our dried foods will come packed in recyclable brown paper bags.
Liquids
A bit of a challenge for click and collect!
So you will either be able to choose a new prefilled glass bottle, or purchase an amount to refill
You then bring your containers with you and we will fill them for you when you collect.
Please make sure your bottles are empty and clean and be careful to select an amount that will fit in them.
Collection
When completing your order you will be able to select which shop you would like to collect it from at the checkout stage.
You will then receive an email or text confirmation when it is ready to collect.
This will usually take 1-2 working days depending on what time you place your order and where you collect from. EG you order Sunday evening, we will get your order ready on Monday and it will be ready to collect on Tuesday.
