Organic Dates - pitted
Organic Deglet Nour dates without pit. The dates are harvested, sorted, washed and steamed for 1-2 h for supporting the sugaring process. Subsequently the dates are dried at 65 °C for 1-2 h. Then the dates are pitted by hand and finally packaged.
Taste: Sweet, dark flavour
Texture: Firm, Product is softer when freshly process but does harden through shelf life. Heat to soften
Colour: Dark brown in colour
