Organic Spelt Grain.
An ancient variety of wheat, native to the U.K. Use the nutritious whole grain, on its own, or in a mixture, as you would wheat grain. Makes a good Carbohydrate-based side dish for a balanced diet. Cook using 1 part grain to 3 parts boiling water, cook until 'al dente' - approximately 45-60 mins. Storage: Cool, dry & hygienic; away from direct light & strong odours.
