Organic Raisins are produced from organically grown white grapes (Vitis vinfera), of the Thompson seedless variety. They are coated with organic sunflower oil to prevent agglomeration.
Taste: Characteristic of sound, ripe, dried grapes free from off taints
Texture: Firm but not chewy
Colour: Dark brown to black
